Real estate is cyclical and it lasts eighteen and a half years. If we are to consult Phil Anderson’s real estate clock, we are approximately at a mid-cycle slowdown. As we approach the next phase, it’s a good idea to ask how prepared we are and what we should do to ensure ourselves against the negative effects of a downturn.

Chris Larsen author, investor, founder, Managing Partner, and host of Next-Level Income. Explore today’s topic about value, worth, and time. He talks about ways to determine what our time is worth, using the Eisenhower Matrix to help organize our priorities, outsourcing, and leadership. Chris has been investing in and managing real estate for over 20 years. While still a college student, he bought his first rental property at age 21. From there, Chris expanded into development, private lending, buying distressed debt as well as commercial offices, and ultimately syndicating multifamily properties. He began syndicating deals in 2016 and has been actively involved in over $400 million of real estate acquisitions.

Since “retiring” after 18 years in the medical device industry he dedicates his time to helping others become financially independent through education and investment opportunities.
